Real-View scheme and colormap v3

DragonFly offers us new nice colormaps and schemes for day and night !

 

 

For Day version:

Based on Xerses scheme but add "realistic roads", new colors for beaches, industrial zones, university, parkings, hospitals, airports and runways and many other little things.

For Night version

Based on Specter scheme and add "realistic roads" and a lot of many corrections same as day version.

These 2 version are more conform with european traffic.

Kikker Skin v1 for v8.3.2.x (400x240 or 800x480)

This skin is intended for devices with a resolution of either 400x240 or 800x480. 

 

A few things that have been modified from the default data.zip are:

1. Added Time to Maneuver field above the Turn Indicator
2. Removed top transparent bar when no route has been entered.
3. Added a 4th data cockpit field.
4. The options for each cockpit field has been increased to include all "trip computer" variables.
5. Added compass.
6. Redesigned both Main and Secondary turn indicators.
7. Added an indicator within the Main turn indicator that "grows" as you near your next maneuver.
8. Minimize Option built in.
9. The Ultra skin flyover controls.
10. Secondary turn icon only visible within 3 miles of next turn.

The above GIF is taken from v8.0.x, but the idea is almost exactly the same. ENJOY!

In order for the the high resolution devices (800x480) to use this skin, you must have at least the following in your SYS.txt file:

Xerses colormaps and schemes v9 - Winter edition !

What's new in this version (v9 - 11.12.2008) ?
- New dayheightcolormap for Winter scheme.
- Extra dayheightcolormap for Alpine Regions.
- Added two extra dayheightcolormap for winter scheme:
* Snow altitude 1600mt (standard)
* Snow altitude 1200mt (new)
* Snow altitude 800mt (new)

To install
Copy the schemes in folder SD\iGO8\Content\Scheme

Select scheme in Settings menu\Map visual\Colour profiles in iGO8 navigator.
