A reader of this blog has made a new list of POI icons for restaurants, banks, car dealers and gas stations for the US and Canada. These icons are all new ... he has done it himself.
You just have to unzip and put the ui_iGO8 folder in the iGO8 folder.

Glossy POI icons for night
As requested by one of the users of this blog, I have updated my glossy POI icons set for the night mode of iGO ...
Only download the poi_mapclose.bmp file and put it in your ui_igo8/common/night folder !
(just remove the _glossy_night indication in the filename)
"Adobe CS3 like" icons !
I took my inspiration in the Adobe CS3 design to create a new set of colored POI icons !

(especially designed for english language)

New glossy POI icons !
I created new square and glossy POI icons to replace the originals one !
Only download the poi_mapclose.bmp file and put it in your ui_igo8/common folder !

Today, I created 4 new colors for the original POI icons ... Enjoy this new colors with your favorite background ;-)
Download it and put it in the folder ui_igo8/common and rename the .bmp file without any color indication ...
